Customer Reviews

Taking our 80 year old mom on a memory drive down her childhood and stopped in for lunch. Excellent service. Delicious food. Reasonably priced. Clean. Well stocked bathrooms. Homemade tenderloins were delicious, homemade chicken tenders. I highly recommend the bacon cheese wrap. It comes dry so I got ranch to dip it in.

The staff here are always very friendly. Greeting you upon entering. No host stand so just pick a spot. We've only ever came in for breakfast and its always been right on. We like it so much that we'll take a small roadtrip from Macomb just to come over. Never very busy in the the mornings when we're there. Which is nice. Seated right away and order.

Excellent service with a relaxed atmosphere. Ordered catfish fillets, which were quite good and the way better than average coleslaw. I took home an extra dinner with me, that's how much I enjoyed it. It's definitely worth the stop. Breakfast is quite good 11/21/23 I had forgotten how good the breading is on these catfish fillets! Coleslaw is excellent as well. A must try if you like fish.

Good wholesome atmosphere and tasty meals. This is the classic small town diner. The food has good season, cooked to order, and the portions are gracious. My husband is very picky about his burger, and he was pleasantly surprised with the size and flavor.

Ordered the tenderloin and onion rings, they where busy so I figured they would be a little delayed, but came rather quickly. One of the best tenderloins I've had, they used a really good quality of pickles and added to the flavor of the tenderloin. Onion rings where cooked perfectly and couldn't ask for anything more.
